This mini metal scoop has a durable white enamel coating which looks so pretty in the kitchen. It is great for measuring out smaller quantities of dry ingredients including sugar, salt, loose leaf tea, dried yeast, seeds and grains.
One full scoop measures out 5g (0.18 oz) of sugar and 7g (0.25 oz) of salt.
The enamel products in this range are handmade by craftsmen in the city of Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Some items show the marks of the crafting process, for example where they have been hung in the ovens, which gives them an individual appearance without impairing the quality.
