This traditional style Japanese tea caddy is a tin plated metal can covered with Japanese washi paper featuring a stylish black and caramel brown abstract leaves and seed pods print.
The tin has an outer close fitting lid and then an inner tightly fitting lid to ensure that whatever you keep in there stays fresh.
Fill it with your favourite black, green or herbal loose leaf tea. In addition, it also makes a good container for teabags, spices, sugar, sweets and other dry food. Alternatively, it makes a pretty storage tin for sewing accessories, hobby tools, jewellery and other knick knacks.
The tin should hold the equivalent of a regular packet of loose leaf tea, 125g - 150g.
