'Dry' Sugar Storage Jar and Spoon

£17.00 each
6 in stock

Life shouldn't be bitter so add a little sweetness!  All things are best in moderation, of course, but where would we be without a sprinkle of sugar to sweeten the day.

With old fashioned charm, this mug-shaped storage container is made especially for keeping sugar.  On the outside it is glazed in a soft grey colour and inside the surface is unglazed clay.  The porous inner surface helps to keep the contents dry by absorbing moisture and keeping humidity at bay.

The ceramic storage jar has a natural Japanese pear wood lid with a silicone seal and comes with a wooden spoon that fits neatly inside.

With the word 'Sugar' embossed on the handle, you'll always know what you're reaching for.  The convenient handle means it won't slip from your fingers when you lift it down from the shelf or as you use it.

A delightful and useful item for your kitchen shelves!

The sturdy container is dishwasher safe but please carefully wipe the wooden lid and spoon by hand.

The height of the cannister is 9.5cm (3¾") including the lid and about 8.5cm (3⅜") diameter and it holds about 330ml (just over 11 fl oz).

The wooden spoon measures 7.5cm (about 3") long by 4.3cm (1¾") wide.

Made in Japan.
