Learning hiragana is a great introduction to reading and writing Japanese.  It's also a fun way to include Japanese language in your craft projects!

Hiragana is the set of 'kana' or characters that form the basic Japanese phonetic alphabet.

This cute set of 60 'Petit Moji' wood and rubber stamps comes in a PET plastic box and contains:

  • 46 hiragana characters
  • 9 small characters
  • 5 punctuation marks including dakuten and handakuten voicing marks

Each wooden stamp block measures 7mm x 7mm x 33mm giving a smallish font size ideal for cards, gift tags and all kinds of paper crafts. 

The natural rubber stamping surface is precisely cut for a neat print, ready to use with your own ink pads.

Note:  When new, the rubber stamp faces are joined together and must be carefully separated.  You can see how to separate them by watching the video or following this link:
