A set of three wood and rubber craft stamps with a pretty Japanese seasons theme.
In Japan, hanko, a stamp showing a person's name, can be very important and formal as they are used for signing documents. However, some are more informal and decorative.
You may have seen this type of stamp if you've ever bought anything from Japan, worked for a Japanese company or even had a card from a friend.
These three decorative stamps show the kanji symbols for Snow - 雪 (yuki), Moon - 月 (tsuki) and Flower or Blossom - 花 (hana) within a pretty seal or 'hanko' design.
The wood block of each stamp has an indentation for your forefinger which gives you a stable grip, helps you position the stamp and also ensures you have the design the correct way up.
Use the stamps to give your cards, gift tags, pictures and other paper crafts a genuine Japanese look, just perfect in fact for your Japanese style cards, caligraphy and etegami.
Each stamp measures 1.5cm x 1.5cm x 6cm
Made in Japan.
Ink pad is not included.
