Red and white flowers are all in a whirl on this cute glass jar. Just like a flurry of icing sugar or flour... well, it's fun to make a mess when you're baking!
This useful glass storage jar has a metal lid and a convenient wide opening (6.5cm, 2½" diam.) making it easy to use with a large spoon or measuring scoop.
The jar's pretty floral design of bold white flowers with bright red centres was created by famous Japanese homeware brand Aderia in the early 1970s. These nostalgic retro designs have been revived for modern times, with new materials, convenient styles and high quality glass production.
The screw-top jar is great for storing all kinds of dry ingredients such as coffee, tea, herbs and spices and would be lovely for sweets and other confections.
It would even look cute in the craft room for buttons, threads, beads and other craft embellishments. Or use it in the bathroom for cotton wool balls or reusable makeup remover pads.
The jar, without the lid, stands at 9cm (3½") high and about 9cm in diameter at the widest part.
