This stainless steel fork has been given a smooth, hardwearing white enamel enamel coating which is easy to care for and clean.
Described as a 'dessert fork' it is roughly the same size as a normal dining fork and would make a cute cake fork. It would also be useful as a cooking implement, for mixing eggs or batter for instance.
The enamel products in this range are handmade by craftsmen in the city of Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Some items show the marks of the crafting process, for example where they have been hung in the ovens, which gives them an individual appearance without impairing the quality.
