With its traditional 'sweet shop' scoop shape, this large ceramic measuring spoon makes a charming addition to your kitchen shelves or drawers. The smooth white glaze gives it a premium look whilst being hygienic and practical for everyday use.
Use it for measuring out coffee beans, flour, salt or larger amounts of other dry ingredients. Unlike metal or plastic utensils, this Japanese Mino-ware scoop will not be marked or scratched by exposure to salt or acids.
The scoop measures 13.8cm (about 5½") from the front edge to the tip of the handle and about 4.5cm (1¾") across at the widest point. The bowl of the scoop (interior) is about 2.2cm (&frac78") deep and about 7cm (2¾") long.
