Hi Mojimoji Tagged Notepad photo

In this digital world, I love to make notes and sketches on paper - there's something about the engagement between brain, eye and hand that feels more creative and authentic.

Writing things down helps you remember them better, too.

So while looking for new products for the shop, these Japanese-made notebooks looked too good to resist!  They are made to be out there in the real world getting knocked around, sat on and folded...  and they come in such cool designs and colours.

The pad has been designed to be easy to hold in one hand and the Life Gear version features a metal eyelet so that you can attach it to your bag, belt or other equipment. Specifically made for outdoor activities and hobbies, the paper is incredibly durable and cannot be torn even if it gets wet.  A really unique idea!

They would be great for giving as gifts (although I'm all for keeping things for yourself!) to anyone about to go travelling, for adventurous outdoors types, gardeners and cooks.  Or perhaps you just want to look studious in the coffee shop - even if you're only making rude caricatures of the other customers!

These new notepads have now arrived from Japan where they are made by Hi Mojimoji, a youthful stationery brand with some wonderfully cute and quirky ideas.

As far as I can make out these products are only currently available in Japan so I'm very excited to be able to offer them to UK and European customers.

Update:  Hi Mojimoji 'Tagged' Notepads are now available to buy
