Naito Design

Naito Design Institute is a creative collective of 15 employees who's aim is to produce kawaii toys and merchandise featuring original characters.

Founder Hisako Naito started out in 1946 as a stuffed toy designer and the company has now grown to have international success working with manufacturers and opening their own retail stores in Japan.

Still a family company, the organisation is now headed up by President and Representative Director Kenji Naito
