In Japan, beautiful goldfish are symbols of wealth, good fortune and happiness so this makes a very apt design to send your congratulations.

This Japanese greetings card has a traditional style with the opening on the left side and a red cord down the spine on the right.

The card features a hand painted goldfish in red and gold with brush calligraphy in red and black.  The Japanese script reads 'omedetou gozaimasu' which means 'congratulations'.

The design details continue on the inside of the card with a small illustration of two Japanese gourd bottles that signify success and happiness.

With a matching envelope in pale cream, the card is blank inside for you to write your own personal message.
